Complaints procedure 

 

At Hatocan Accountancy Services we aim to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the service that we provide we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

 

If you would like to make a complaint please contact Nick Cottrill by email at nick@hatocan.com. We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you. If you feel that we have given you a less than satisfactory service we undertake to do everything reasonable to address your concerns.
